Andrew Price Founder/Managing director
How can there not be more to life than meets the eye. Just take a minute to reflect on the fact that seemingly from nothing, we where borne into a world that just "happens" to be sitting the perfect distance from a burning hot star to foster what appears to be the the most diverse & glorious habitat in our known universe. Then consider that this known universe just happens to be suspended in nothingness with no apparent beginning or end and with no true idea how it came to be that any of it even had a chance to BE in the first place......If that's not enough to make every day an amazing unfathomable mystery worth squeezing every moment out, I don't know what is!!

From a business perspective, Andrew has been self employed since he was 19 and has direct bottom up hands on experience across a number of industries within the construction, communication and energy sectors and can be best described as a bit of a serial entrepreneur.

From an Altruistic perspective, Andrew has a deep passion and dedication for providing opportunities and awareness to people from all walks of life to make the most out of our time on this planet. After spending many years exploring his own spirituality travelling through Australia, India, Brazil & the US, he started down the Philanthropic path as the founder and financier of the Tyalgum Energy Project which represented building awareness around the possibility of building off grid sustainable communities. Andrew took a simple vision to create a sustainable village of future for the residents of Tyalgum NSW, taking positive action to inspire government and communities across the country to do the same.

As an Environmental, Social, Cultural and Spiritual philanthropist he travels often remote destinations working along side all walks of people building community programs and inspiring people to make the most out of the precious lives we all have.

After co founding Community led suicide prevention organisation Culture is Life Peter then began Traditional Cultural Practices an organisation dedicated to supporting Elders in the transferal of knowledge and Cultural practices to their Communities.

In 2017 Peter was twice nominated and shortlisted for the National Photographic Portrait prize for his works “Galupa" and “Family”.

Today he lives with Family on the East Coast of Victoria and continues his work across the country.

Sarah Turner Co Founder/Creative director
Sarah has a passion for adventure, which began with her Steiner School education.

Since then, Sarah has tried her hand at many things over her colourful career, starting in disability care in Australian before heading off to the UK and doing a bit of casual hospitality for the Queen!!

She then headed off to Jordan to become the first Australian international flight attendant for Royal Jordanian Airlines.

Missing home she headed back to Australia to drive trucks and work on the rail way line in WA before starting a family and running a building company in Northern NSW, where she did an apprenticeship as a carpenter.

She is currently studying film at SAE.

AIP is the perfect playground for Sarah to focus all that creative experience on helping make the world a better place.

Melissa Price Finance & accounting
Melissa is a descendent of the Wiradjuri People of Central NSW through her Mother’s side of the family and truely loves nature and animals.

She is now based on Bundjalung Country on the Northern Rivers of NSW and is deeply passionate about People feeling accepted and understood. She believes respecting beliefs, life choices and Cultural dimensions is vital to the social fabric of humanity and that People work and live more authentically if they are encouraged to be themselves.

Working with the teams at AIP Collective and its philanthropic partner Australian Radio Towers Melissa has adopted the SEMCO model of business practice which removes the top down pyramid approach to an inclusive management style that values Staff and CEO’s equally.

Brad Hancock Admin / Coordination
Originally from Canada, but with deep Scottish roots, Brad has done a bit of everything. However, closest to his heart is spending time with family and in the remote wilderness. Essentially, he's our super hero!!

Brad brings a lot of diversity to the AIP team, and has gained valuable experience working with the Canadian Medical Heart Centre, Tony Robbins Convention USA, Landmark Forum Brisbane and more recently with the Semco Institute in self managed business management.

He has plethora certifications in Business administration, Fashion Merchandising, Vehicle rescue and extrication, fire protection and building scaling & extraction. He has completed an apprenticeship in landscaping & maintenance, has done Music and Production at SAE, Building and construction management at TAFE and been a surf coach for Surfing Australia.
