From a business perspective, Andrew has been self employed since he was 19 and has direct bottom up hands on experience across a number of industries within the construction, communication and energy sectors and can be best described as a bit of a serial entrepreneur.
From an Altruistic perspective, Andrew has a deep passion and dedication for providing opportunities and awareness to people from all walks of life to make the most out of our time on this planet. After spending many years exploring his own spirituality travelling through Australia, India, Brazil & the US, he started down the Philanthropic path as the founder and financier of the Tyalgum Energy Project which represented building awareness around the possibility of building off grid sustainable communities. Andrew took a simple vision to create a sustainable village of future for the residents of Tyalgum NSW, taking positive action to inspire government and communities across the country to do the same.
As an Environmental, Social, Cultural and Spiritual philanthropist he travels often remote destinations working along side all walks of people building community programs and inspiring people to make the most out of the precious lives we all have.
After co founding Community led suicide prevention organisation Culture is Life Peter then began Traditional Cultural Practices an organisation dedicated to supporting Elders in the transferal of knowledge and Cultural practices to their Communities.
In 2017 Peter was twice nominated and shortlisted for the National Photographic Portrait prize for his works “Galupa" and “Family”.
His books include Yolngu Mali (Penguin books) Elders Wisdom from Australian Indigenous Leaders (Cambridge University Press), Australia Beyond any Price (Pan MacMillan), Old Growth (Hardie Grant), Fire and the Story of Burning Country (Cyclops Press) and My People's Dreaming (Finch Publishing).
Today he lives with Family on the East Coast of Victoria and continues his work across the country.
Since then, Sarah has tried her hand at many things over her colourful career, starting in disability care in Australian before heading off to the UK and doing a bit of casual hospitality for the Queen!!
She then headed off to Jordan to become the first Australian international flight attendant for Royal Jordanian Airlines.
Missing home she headed back to Australia to drive trucks and work on the rail way line in WA before starting a family and running a building company in Northern NSW, where she did an apprenticeship as a carpenter.
She is currently studying film at SAE.
AIP is the perfect playground for Sarah to focus all that creative experience on helping make the world a better place.
She is now based on Bundjalung Country on the Northern Rivers of NSW and is deeply passionate about People feeling accepted and understood. She believes respecting beliefs, life choices and Cultural dimensions is vital to the social fabric of humanity and that People work and live more authentically if they are encouraged to be themselves.
Working with the teams at AIP Collective and its philanthropic partner Australian Radio Towers Melissa has adopted the SEMCO model of business practice which removes the top down pyramid approach to an inclusive management style that values Staff and CEO’s equally.
Brad brings a lot of diversity to the AIP team, and has gained valuable experience working with the Canadian Medical Heart Centre, Tony Robbins Convention USA, Landmark Forum Brisbane and more recently with the Semco Institute in self managed business management.
He has plethora certifications in Business administration, Fashion Merchandising, Vehicle rescue and extrication, fire protection and building scaling & extraction. He has completed an apprenticeship in landscaping & maintenance, has done Music and Production at SAE, Building and construction management at TAFE and been a surf coach for Surfing Australia.
And it doesn't end there, he was also the winner of the 2011 Independent Audience Choice Award and nominated for the Byron Best Amateur Director in 2012 for the documentary "Blind Sided"
Brad has also studied the work of Byron Katie, Linda Adams and has Reiki I & II certification.
